By the grace of Allah Almighty, Jamia Ahmadiyya Canada held their Urdu Nazm Competition on November 8th, 2024 on Friday night. This year the judges were Murabbi Farrukh Tahir Sahib, Murrabi Sarmad Naveed Sahib, and Murrabi Khalid Minhas Sahib. The program began with recitation from the Holy Quran by Hassan Abdeen Sahib and introductory remarks by Faaran Aladdin Sahib. Each group was allowed to send three representatives marking a total of twelve participants. The winners of the competition were as follows;
1st Place: Anas Mahmood (Rafaqat)
2nd Place: Muddabir Rafiullah (Rafaqat)
3rd Place: Faizan Masroor Haq (Diyanat)
The program concluded with silent prayers.
