By the Grace of Allah, on November 3rd, 2026, Jamia Ahmadiyya Canada had the special honour and opportunity to host Respected Muhammad Ismatullah Sahib. Along with him, Jamia also had the honour of having Respected Lal Khan Malik Sahib, Amir Jama’at Canada, as well as Respected Maulana Hadi Ali Chaudhary Sahib, Nai’b Amir Jama’at Canada, to join in this guest lecture.
Respected Muhammad Ismatullah Sahib is internationally distinguished within the Jama’at for his beautiful recitation of poems. For approximately three decades, he has had the honour of reciting poetry at various Jama’at gatherings especially Jalsa Salana, beginning during the blessed era of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih IV (rh) and continuing to the present day under the Khilafat of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aba). He is the son of the Late Respected Master Mashriq Ali Sahib, of East Bengal. His melodious way of reciting poems is known to touch the hearts of the listeners, and also gives many a nostalgic feeling, as many grew up listening to his poems on MTA.
Respected Ismatullah Sahib melodiously recited some of his commonly recited poems, whereafter some students also had the opportunity to present various poems.
The program ended with a silent prayer.
May Allah the Almighty bless Respected Muhammad Ismatullah Sahib with a long and healthy life, Ameen.
