By the Grace of Allah the Almighty, on April 23rd, 2026 the Jamia Ahmadiyya Canada’s Khutbat-e-Imam Competition was held. Respected Hafiz Mujeeb Ahmad Sahib judged this competition.
The theme of the sermons of this year’s competition was “Introspection and Self-Reformation”. Which came from a series of 7 Friday sermons delivered in 2013-2014 by Hazrat Ameer-ul-Mo’mineen, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aba).
Competitors prepared for the competition by studying the content of the sermons. In the competition, the rounds consisted of the judge asking each group quiz-styled questions to test their comprehension and understanding of the sermons.
In the end, the positions were as follows:

1st Place: Amanat (Samar Khawaja, Salik Muhsin, Adnan Ahmad, Hisham Malik)
2nd Place: Shuja’at (Masroor Ahmad, Ataul-Karim Gohar, Safeer Ahmed, Atif Chaudhry)
3rd Place: Diyanat (Usman Ali, Moeez Ahmad, Syed Kashif, Aneeq Chauhadry)
