On January 14th 2025, Syed Amer Safir Sahib, currently serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Review of Religions visited Jamia Ahmadiyya Canada, during his visit to Canada for Jalsa Khilafat, and took part in a session held with the students and faculty.
The session commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Talha Bajwa and introductory remarks by Amir Mahmood. Safir Sahib spoke on many personal accounts of the effect of Khilafat on his life, and how he came to be a Waqf-e-Zindagi. Syed Amer Safir Sahib further blessed the students with stories of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (may Allah be his helper), and his experience while working in dearest Huzoor’s (may Allah be his helper) company, notably Huzoor’s (may Allah be his helper) attention to details in any task. He left students of Jamia Ahmadiyya with the advice to lose any egos they have within themselves and to be obedient as Waqifeen-e-Zindagi.
The program concluded with a short Q&A and silent prayers.
